Establishing Your Reservation
Reservations require an initial investment of one night’s room and tax.
All room rates are based on double occupancy.

-Children 10 and under stay for free.
-Additional guest will incur a $15 charge.
-All rates subject to change without notice.

Best Available Rate (Guaranteed!)
You will always get the best available rate at The Daniel when you book online at or through one of our friendly desk agents. However, if you find a lower rate prior to, or within 24 hours of, booking your hotel room, simply let us know and we will match it and give you a $25 credit to our restaurant!

Fine print: For the competing rate to be valid, it must be a currently available lower published room rate available online or on a mobile application for The Daniel, for the same dates, for the same number of guests, and for the same room type.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted with 72 hours advance notice. There will be no refund when canceling within 72 hours prior to arrival. If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection.

Payment Options
We accept Cash, Traveler’s Checks, and the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal Checks are accepted for deposit only if received minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.

We love animals! But, despite our unconditional love for pets, we are aware that many of our guests don’t share our love. Therefore, we do have a limited policy regarding your furry family members.

Pets are limited to dogs and cats. No other animals of any kind are permissible. No more than two pets are allowed per room, each weighing no more than 40lbs. We do have designated rooms that allow for pets, so you must inform us at the time of booking, as these rooms are subject to availability.

We require guests to sign a damage/pet waiver and make a $100 deposit, which will be returned after checkout if no damage occurs.

As the comfort and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance, pets must not bark or be aggressive; they must be trained and housebroken. Pets are not allowed in the spa, fitness or dining areas. Owners must not leave their pet unattended or leave the premises without their pet, unless prior approval has been made. Any pet or owners violating this policy will be asked to leave the hotel.

All guests, with a pet, will be required to sign our Pet Waiver.

Smoking Policy
100% smoke free property. Smoking incurs a $250.00 fee.
